Back in July, my mother-in-law Barb was knitting away while the family shared a beach house. The final product was a bit hard to conceptualize — something about “yarn covered trees.”
A visit to Thomasville’s Flaunt 2012, an “Upcycle Downtown” collaborative arts initiative, brought it all to life: And gave us the gift of an evening that treated the sense of touch in addition to the sense of sight! Rosey – it is TRULY amazing. There was lots of cool art there, but her stitches are incredibly uniform! It was a cool exhibit.
